1. Close the valve and pour 2/3 of hot water into the funnel. After a few seconds, discard the water to remove any paper taste. 2. Add coffee to the filter and gently shake the dripper. 3.Place the dripper on the scale, reset it, start the timer. Pour all the water within 30 seconds and close the lid. 4.After 2 minutes, open the valve to allow water to pass into the cup. This will take about 2.5 minutes. 5. When the time is up, close the valve to finish the extraction. 6. Remove the funnel, discard the used filter, swirl the drink, and enjoy!
