Mamuli Roasters — stories of flavor, roasted with respect.

Every cup tells a story — grown with care, roasted with respect.

We source exceptional beans and roast them in small batches to bring out their true character. Simple, honest, and full of flavor

Colombia Pink Bourbon Agazu

High in the Huila mountains grows the delicate Pink Bourbon — a variety farmers call the “grain of patience.” It’s fussy, but it gives back. The flavor? Like a spring sunset: strawberry, candy sweetness, and a hint of pink citrus. We roasted it gently, so you could feel every shade of its mood.

Burundi Zuberi Matsitsi

At the quiet Matsitsi station, coffee dries under the sun like laundry on a Sunday. Zuberi, the elder farmer, says good coffee should smell like childhood. In the cup — orange zest, caramel, and a handful of raisins. Warm, gentle, and full of heart.

Ethiopia Gigesa

In the village of Gigesa, coffee grows among teak trees and birdsong. Grandmothers and children still hand-pick cherries together. This lot is pure Ethiopia — bergamot, peach, and soft floral notes. Sweet, like a memory that finds you when you least expect it.

Mamuli is a story in every cup

Each bean carries not only flavor but the soul of the place where it was grown. We choose coffee with character, so you can experience not just its aroma, but its story. It’s a careful selection — we work with farmers who know each bush and every bean. Our suppliers are true artisans, whose hands turn coffee into not just a product, but an art. Mamuli is small batches and thoughtful roasting. Each batch is crafted with a special approach. We roast in small portions to bring out every nuance of flavor and aroma, preserving its uniqueness. We monitor quality and transparency at every step: from the field to the cup, so you can know exactly where your coffee comes from and how it’s made. Mamuli is purity and care. We ensure that every sip is not only delicious but honest, with clean processes and openness at every level.
