Origin and Variety
Grown at elevations between 1,600 and 1,800 meters above sea level, Las Torres coffee comes from small farms nestled on the slopes of the Barva Volcano in the Heredia region. The beans are primarily of the Caturra and Villa Sarchi varietals—highly regarded for their clean cup profiles and bright acidity. The volcanic soil and cool mountain air contribute to a slow maturation of the cherries, which enhances flavor complexity and sweetness.
