Named after the majestic oak tree (El Roble in Spanish), this coffee mirrors the strength, depth, and natural elegance of its namesake. Origin and Variety
The El Roble lot comes from a small estate farm situated at altitudes between 1,300 and 1,500 meters above sea level in the region of Santa Ana. The volcanic soil, steady cloud cover, and cool mountain air provide perfect conditions for slow cherry development and complex flavor formation. This coffee is typically made from Bourbon and Pacas varietals—both traditional Central American cultivars known for their excellent cup quality and smooth profiles.

Processing Method
El Roble is fully washed, a process that highlights its clarity and balance. After selective handpicking, the cherries undergo controlled fermentation to remove mucilage, followed by careful washing and slow drying on raised beds. This meticulous approach results in a clean cup that preserves the natural sweetness and acidity of the bean while allowing subtle notes to shine through.

Flavor and Aroma
El Salvador El Roble offers a well-structured, comforting cup with notes of stone fruit like peach and apricot, gentle lemon acidity, and underlying tones of almond, caramel, and milk chocolate.
